Why Antesa exists
Owners know their companies deeply, but readiness conversations often begin with estimates and memory. Buyers eventually test those claims against operating and financial records. Antesa is being designed to help advisors surface that evidence earlier—without pretending software can replace professional judgment.
The first product is deliberately narrow: an evidence-backed readiness profile covering customer concentration, revenue durability, founder dependency and financial cleanliness. Every material finding is intended to show its source, period and confidence level before an advisor approves it.
How we are building
Antesa is currently in a private founding-advisor stage. The workflow, reporting and safeguards will be shaped with independent practitioners before broad release. We will not claim certifications, integrations or capabilities before they exist.
